About

I am a practitioner who started in code and ended up drawing boxes and arrows with clients.

Lived or worked here (also clients)Clients here

I am not an active coder. I architect, sit with clients and draw the picture until everyone in the room agrees what we are building. I trained as a civil engineer at IIT Bombay, joined PwC in India in 2011 and have worked in six countries since. Clients came from more than 30.

I like the point where a platform meets an operation that cannot stop: a retailer's pricing, a government ministry's ERP, a team that has to deliver on Monday. That is where a good design earns its keep, and where AI is now changing what is possible.

How I work

I show a picture firstTwo or three boxes and an arrow, then one plain sentence. If I cannot draw it, I do not understand it yet.
I count, not adjectivesSix countries, 400 processes, 8 weeks. A number comes with its how.
I credit the teamTeam work is described as team work, with names where I can give them.
I admit what I do not know"About seven" beats a tidy seven I cannot back up.

Wearing it

(self-awarded. not a Microsoft badge. the real one is the Frontier Transformation Engineer badge, and I earned that one the long way.)

Now

This month, I am studying for the Executive MBA, mentoring founders at Startmate, and testing how an AI partner can challenge strategic thinking instead of replacing it. The first result is on the writing page.

(I will update this each month.)
